IPG Mediabrands Learning Innovation POC
This Learning Innovation proof of concept (POC) for IPG Mediabrands was developed for the Talent Development org and approved by senior leadership with a green light for further development. The prototype was one part of a larger Learning Innovation Project that also included the setup and testing of virtual pro workstations in the cloud (to provide all employees with access to powerful creative tools) and a cloud-based (Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS) virtual computer lab for training employees on multimedia software applications such as the Adobe CC and Adobe Substance 3D tools and game engines like Unity, Unreal Engine as well as 3D modeling applications like Autodesk Maya, Blender and Nvidia Omniverse.

This POC uses the Unreal Engine for an engaging interactive learning experience and Pixel Streaming tech was utilized for deployment / streaming the experience to any device via a third-party vendor (Arcware). Blueprints were utilized for the interactions and Epic Game's hyper realistic Metahuman avatars were used for the characters using Metahuman Creator and Metahuman Animator was used for the facial motion captured animation. AI generated voices were also used for the character's voices.
